Shipping policy

Please note that before processing, there's additional handcrafting time to ensure the quality of each item. All orders are subject to this handcrafting process, which may extend the preparation time. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing, in addition to the handcrafting time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status on our Track your product page using your order number and the email you used to place the order. If you didn't provide an email during checkout, please get in touch with us to add it to your profile.

If you haven’t received your order within 48 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@galleri.shop with your name and order number, and we will investigate further for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Support@galleri.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy here

Extended Delivery Times:

While we strive to deliver orders promptly within the estimated delivery times provided, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or disruptions in postal services. If your order has not been received within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date, please get in touch with us at Support@galleri.shop with your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost Package Policy:

If you have not received your order within 48 days of the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at Support@galleri.shop. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
